The Kunjukrishnan Nadar Memorial Educational and Cultural Society is a registered organization founded in memory of Sri Kunjukrishnan Nadar, a freedom fighter and a vibrant presence in political, social, cultural, and community spheres.

In the nation’s development process, social, cultural, and religious organizations have played a significant role. In that spirit, our Society aims to undertake and implement projects that contribute to educational and cultural development as part of the wider community.

The Society is also formulating programs to enhance the self-respect and dignity of community members. Cultural heritage is the identity of every community, and the contributions made by members of the Nadar community in reform movements and mainstream social activities are invaluable. Unfortunately, many of these contributions are being consciously overlooked today.

Therefore, along with development initiatives, the Society is committed to preserving and promoting cultural heritage as well.
